Yes, it will still dispense water, but the water will not be chilled until the system has had enough recovery time.
You can install any drinking fountain, water cooler or water chiller without filters, however, we don’t recommend it. The filters not only provide you with clean, healthy and great-tasting water, but they also filter out sediment and particles that can build up and damage your system. Essentially, the filters are great for your longevity, as well as for your chiller’s.
