On average, it takes about 6 grams of CO2 to produce 1 litre of sparkling water. To ensure a consistent supply of sparkling water for your bar, we recommend using a refillable CO2 cylinder with your system; all of our sparkling water systems can be adapted to use these cylinders.
There are two sizes available: the 2.6 kg size, which can produce approximately 433 litres of sparkling water, and the 1 kg size, which can produce around 1,000 litres.
It's always a good idea to have a spare cylinder on hand in case you run out during service.

All you need is a water supply outlet and a power source, and you can set up a cabinet or adapt an existing one to install a tap. While a drain is recommended, it's not necessary – some sparkling water systems have a drip tray that collects spills and is easy to clean.
You can offer filtered chilled and ambient drinking water or add sparkling water as an option. Many of our filtered water taps also have a shut-off function that automatically stops the flow of water when the handle is released, making it easy to use and maintain.
