Do you install Billi taps in my area?
We have technicians all over Australia who can install your Billi tap. We cover all capital cities and surrounding suburbs, as well as most major regional towns and local areas. Get in touch with us if you're not sure if you're covered.

How often do I need to change my Billi water filter?
This depends on your level of usage and the number of people using it every day. Most homes should expect approximately 12 months of filter life and most work places get approximately 6 months.
Billi taps have a built in monitor to alert you when your filter is due for changing.

Can I change the filter myself or do I need a trained technician to do this for me?
You can replace your own Billi filter or we have a fully equipped service division who can do it for you. It's entirely up to you. When your filter is due for a change, we are more than happy to assist you at the time which best suits you.

Does sparkling water need to be chilled?
Yes, all Billi sparkling water taps come with a chiller to ensure optimum performance. So all sparkling water is chilled as well.

Where can I purchase replacement CO2 bottles and Billi filters?

Do Billi filters remove fluoride or can a Billi system use tank water?
At this stage, Billi do not offer a fluoride reduction filter or a filter system purely for untreated water. However, we have a solution! We can install a twin pre-filter system which connects to your Billi system. This can filter fluoride and we have filters suitable for fresh tank water as well.
You can have the optimum water filtration you require without compromising your product of choice.
