Bibo calls its innovative designs ‘the future of water’. We believe them — that’s why we stock them. It’s also why we’ve had our service team trained to Bibo’s standards. We now have the skills, experience, and parts needed to repair any problem and replace any part.

We’re not precious, we’re just happy to help. As Bibo-authorised servicing and repairs technicians, our work won’t void the warranty on your product even if you didn’t buy it from us.
Bibo’s Water Bars are perfect for homes and offices. Wherever you need yours set up, we’ll get it done with minimal disruption.
A day without filtered water is like a day without sunlight (to us, anyway). If your Bibo unit breaks down, we’ll endeavour to be there that very day.
With our carefully kept service records, we’ll be able to proactively inform you when your Bibo Water Bar is due for a service or filter change.
At the moment, Bibo only sells the exceptional Water Bar. Fingers crossed, they’ll one day expand their range. If they do, we’ll be first in line to try their new product (and learn to service it).
