Zip Water has designed a suite of ambient and ambient/mixed-temperature water dispensers suitable for different settings. The HydroChill, for example, is an excellent choice for bars and restaurants, with variations capable of outputting 90L, 120L and 200L of chilled water at a time and unlimited filtered ambient water.
The Zip ChillTap and HydroTap G5 are excellent choices for commercial and residential settings. The HydroTap’s Arc Plus and Cube Plus designs allow for even greater versatility in any setting.

Frequently asked questions
What does ‘ambient’ water actually mean?
While some consider ‘ambient’ to mean room temperature, in terms of your water supply, a more accurate definition would be the temperature of the water in your mains.
An ambient tap does not change the temperature of the water flowing through it.
Zip’s HydroTap G5 range allows you to adjust the temperature of ‘ambient’ your water so that you always get a perfectly pleasing glass of water.
Can you service Zip Water taps anywhere in Australia?
Our service area spans most of Australia and includes all major cities and most regional towns. We have a nationwide network of trusted technicians who we call upon to service our clients. Our service area is limited by their ability to access remote areas.

How often do Zip filters need to be replaced?
In low-use settings, like homes and apartments, Zip filters can last a year before needing to be replaced. In high-use commercial settings, it would be safer to replace them every six months.
Zip’s latest generation of smart taps has an automatic filter alert that lets you know when you’re due for a replacement.
Can I replace Zip filters myself?
Yes, Zip filters are easy enough to replace yourself. However, they can be time-consuming to change, and the job needs to be done with careful attention to ensure the filter works properly. If you run a commercial establishment with multiple filters, we recommend asking one of our professionals to do the job for you.
Do you sell replacement Zip filters and CO2 bottles?
The Water People carry all Zip Water replacement components, including filters. You can order them directly through us for delivery.
